Taylor Summers
Vice President / Team Lead
Taylor has 10+ years in the real estate Industry. She started her career in Leasing
Management and then continued with 8 years in the mortgage industry. Taylor has been
involved in over 3,000 mortgage transactions in all 50 states and managed pipelines of
over 150 million a month. She has also held positions in processing, underwriting and
sales in addition to management positions as a Team Lead, regional and divisional
processing manager. In her spare time, Taylor loves to go hiking with her kids and
spend time outdoors.
Tiffany Bradley
Sr. Loan Partner
Tiffany is an experienced loan partner and originator with over 10 years in the role and
more than 15 years in the financial services industry. Tiffany has a passion for helping
others and finding solutions to any problem that crosses her path. Tiffany graduated
from Valdosta State University with a BA in Political Science. In her spare time, she
loves to travel internationally. She also enjoys spending time with her dogs and cruising
on the boat with her family most weekends.
Karren Sites
Business Development Representative
Karren was born and raised in Pittsburgh and has worked in the mortgage industry for 25+ years. She
worked as a loan processor for approximately 15 years, and credits that position with providing her with
an extensive knowledge on loan programs and lending guidelines. She enjoys working with her clients to
make the mortgage process as easy and stress free as possible, and takes pride is being an advocate for
her Borrowers. In her free time Karren enjoys volunteering at a local community center, traveling,
camping, running/hiking and spending time with family and friends.
Nick Havlin
Loan Partner Assistant
Nick is an experienced Loan Partner Assistant focused on improving the banks loan
program through knowledgeable and efficient service to customers. He has 6+ years of
customer service experience and high call volume experience when working with
realtors and customers. When he’s not working, he’s always looking for new hiking
spots and the best restaurants in the Pittsburgh area. He also loves taking scenic road
trips across the country.

Get to Know David.
Seasoned in the mortgage business for more than 20 years, David has owned and managed Holland
Mortgage Advisors since 2005. He, with his talented team, has quickly grown Holland Mortgage
Advisors to become one of the largest independent mortgage bankers in Western PA. In addition, David
was the #1 Loan Officer in Western PA for the last 3 years in both units and total volume, while
also climbing to the top 1% nationally in this past decade. Dave has received the 5 Star Mortgage
Professional Award 11 years in a row, since the award was enacted in 2010. He was President of the
Mortgage Bankers of Southwest PA for 2019/2020 term where he previously served as a loyal board
member for 3 years. Closing more than 5,000 transactions in his career, Dave has always believed
that having a happy and thriving team results in well-serviced customers. During his time at John
Carroll University, David worked as a Title Searcher for four years while getting his degree. This
experience gave him a solid foundation and natural entrance into the mortgage lending business.
David believes his in-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry coupled with strict adherence to
business ethics and quality customer service has been the recipe for success in an ever-changing
industry. David is very active and enjoys running, biking, hiking and mountain climbing. Dave, his
wife Lindsey, and their four children: Josephine, Mary, Charlie, and Caroline make their home in
Pittsburgh.
